How many hours work do you allocate for me/my business?
Our approach is to focus on outcomes and deliverables instead of working by the hour. Each week, we’ll work with you to set task milestones to be completed for that week. These tasks are broken down from the overall strategy we agree upon. Tasks are prioritised and agreed upon between you and us.
We find this is a much better structure versus offering an “hours-worked” format that focuses too much on how much time is spent on a task instead of more practical and desirable outcomes that drive your business forward.

Can you come to our office for regular meetings?
Our service and team is completely remote, so we do not include any in-person meetings. All communication and project-management is handled via online/remote tools. If you’re comfortable with this, then you may be a good fit for this. If you are not comfortable with this arrangement, then you may need to consider an alternative option.
What is NOT included in this service? (e.g. video production, blog writing, etc)
This service does NOT include the following (but not limited to):
- Blog article writing (we can upload and distribute/promote the blog articles)
- eBook writing
- Event, studio-based video production (*we are able to produce/edit Powerpoint, Doodle, simple production value video’s)
- Complex graphic design (e.g. logo design, print design, etc) – we can provide basic graphic editing for ads and image editing for social media posts
- Custom web programming/development
- Website design
- Advertising costs
- Technology costs
- Stock photo/music costs
For services that are not included, we can suggest and provide pricing for external providers who can provide these services and we can manage the communication with them.

Unfortunately, we prioritise our client’s confidentiality over promoting ourselves. So, in most instances we’re unable to share any specific examples. We can provide some examples that conceal sensitive and confidential information.
Are you able to use the tools we have in our business?
We have lots of experience using Infusionsoft by Keap, Active Campaign, WordPress, etc. Overall, we’re pretty comfortable with using majority of web apps and software on the market. If we’re not familiar, we are able to learn how to use it as long as training and documentation is provided. We do our best to work with the tools you’re already using.
