This issue of Walk with Me is brought to you with ContentStudio – this is the tool I use to automate, post content to multiple platforms and discover new content.
? Tiny Empires
As I’ve been publishing the Walk with Me newsletter over the past few months, I’ve been on a journey of discovery for my niche.
As the cliche goes, the riches are in the niches.
But finding your niche is an exercise & journey of discovery. It doesn’t present itself to you immediately.
While having a brief back & forth email discussion about Twitter with a rising star on Twitter, I had that lightbulb moment.
Everything I do – from my experience, my strengths, has led me to figuring out a better way to describe how I can help you: That’s helping you build your own tiny empire(s).
My businesses have always been bootstrapped as I scraped & clawed my way past much larger & well-funded competitors.
We have access to so many tools & technology now, it’s much easier than when I started to build your own tiny empire without a need to have a large team.
I hope you’ll continue to join me on this journey.
And if you know anyone else interested to build their own tiny empire, please share this newsletter with them.
Thanks for reading.

? The Writing Is On the Wall for Facebook Ads
With the loss of 3rd party tracking, going cookie-less and Apple’s clamping the door shut on 3rd party tracking – advertisers & marketers are starting to see the writing on the wall with Facebook Ads.
It just costs too much to see results.
That also means if you’re solely a Facebook Ads specialist (which I saw many people sell themselves as while only knowing a few handful of FB ads tactics), you’ll start to see many so-called FB ad agencies dropping like flies.
It’s why my focus is always on foundational marketing principles.
It wasn’t sexy and I encountered many who thought I was a dinosaur for not going all-in on Facebook Ads, but here we are.
Don’t get me wrong, Facebook Ads still have their place, but it’s not my go-to medium.
By the way, if you really want to level-up your paid ad game, this is the place to do it.
? How to Strategically Select a Side Hustle
Whether you’re a full-time or part-time creator, I’m huge on diversification.
Meaning, having more than one project or side hustle going.
I think it’s the way of the future.
But when you have so many ideas running around in your head, how do you pick the right projects to work on?
Not a Book, Not a Course
I’m currently working on something for Creators, it’s something I would tell any client to start with before starting a side hustle or starting a new business or wanting to tame the chaos of everything involved with a tiny empire.
It’s the starting point for anyone so you avoid starting a business you’ll end up hating.
